Revamp Fix is a results-based bodywork session designed to address the root cause of pain, tightness and restriction — not just temporarily ease it. If something has been bothering you, whether it’s shoulder pain, back issues, sciatica or recurring tightness, this session allows the time to properly assess and work through the problem. Using a combination of hands-on bodywork, deep tissue techniques and mobility-based movement, the focus is on improving how your body moves and functions — not just how it feels in the moment.
