Service Description
Best for deep, long-standing tension: a stiff lower back, tight hips, neck and shoulder pain, and tension headaches. Deep tissue is slower and more focused than a sports massage. I'll find where the tension is really coming from (very often the hips) and work through it properly, at a pressure that works for you. Depending on what your body needs, your treatment may include: • Deep tissue techniques • Trigger point therapy • Fire cupping • Assisted stretching • Mobility work You'll leave moving more freely, feeling looser, and understanding what's been causing the problem. Based in Lichfield and easy to reach from Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding area.
